How do I make a 'signature' like the above that I can call up by pressing a button?
You don't say what application you're using for your email but assuming it's Apple's Mail then go to Mail Preferences, choose the Signatures tab, create a signature and drag it to the email account you wish to make it available for. Do this with as many different signatures you think you'll use.
Hallo Mick, all goes well as far as 'create a signature' but it won't let me do so; I can't set any text in either box. Could you describe this bit in words of one syllable please?
