Yahoo blocking email

Mail keeps reporting that my messages have not been sent and referring me to Postmaster at yahoo, because of 'suspicious activity on my account' ha ha. I suspect this is because I told them their new email platform is cr*p and must have been designed by a bimbo. If they don't want honest feedback they shouldn't ask should they?
Mail imported all my contacts from yahoo before they started messing me about; I've got an iCloud account and an Outlook account; can I export my contacts from Mail to either one of these?
