I was asked to publish the presentation I gave re using an iPad for Paperless Meetings at location where no Internet connection available. Here is DroppBox link https://dl.dropbox.com/u/54393575/WAMUG%20DRM%20iPad%20meetings/WA2%20Present.mov This works just like Keynote, Click or Arrow Right to next frame or to initiate short movie if frame includes one. Arrow Left to go back a frame. I hope that works.

In the meeting I advocated that people sending out minutes, agendas etc are well advised to do so in pdf. There seemed to be some doubt that Windows users could do this but I think this link shows they can since Office 2007 http://office.microsoft.com/en-gb/word-help/save-as-pdf-HA010064992.aspx

Thanks David - one needs to right click on it and save as Quick Time Movie. Wotks fine.
