SendCan't contain my delighted surprise so am sharing it! I was poddleing about in support documents trying to understand Primary and Secondary iCloud Accounts and MobileMe syncing and becoming more and more mystified and humiliated when I decided to try the offer of personal support that I found at the bottom of the screen. I have used it in the past and typing about problems is very difficult but I thought ....
So I filled in the form entered my machine Serial Number [did you know how to find such a thing?] my name and phone number [sic].

My phone rang ... and there was Rick from Apple asking how he could help, in person .. on the phone .. at no cost!
He spent three quarters of an hour with me and now I know all about it!
