Lion Tweaks

If the appearance of some of the applications in Lion irritate you, such as the faux leather look in iCal etc. , then this little application called Lion Tweaks may be of help. It is available from- http://ifredrik.com/applications

Sorry folks. It would appear that this site has gone off line in the last few days. The guy was a Norwegian student and perhaps he had to concentrate on finishing his dissertation.

This is weird. If you click the link in Lionel's post, you get to a foreign language site (?Finnish or Norwegian) with no sign of there being an English language version. However, if you Google 'Lion Tweaks' , top of the list is an English language 'Lion Tweaks' web site which has the same URL as in Lionel's post.. Weird but it gives us what we want. Lionel and I have discussed this by email and have essentially the same experience.

The tweaks are very useful as well - so I hope he will maintain the code for the feline that comes along

if you look carefully at the address, in Lionel's link, the name is spelt with a C in it. The english version has no C

Well spotted Mick. Now, if only someone could come up with a tweak that would stop these computers from being so finicky. . . .

Thanks for spotting that Mick. I have corrected the link now and you should find that it works properly.
