After all the fuss about the iPhone's lack of 3G, this blog on Purely Gadgets site is interesting. The You Tube film is in German but is quite easy to see the point being made.
Hi John having owned an iPhone for a few weeks now I have to say its a great phone... Yes there are some short comings ( I.e no mms, no Bluetooth for general devices etc ).
Around June ( hopefully ) the first major update ( v 2.0 ) will add alot of features like full MS Exchange intergration amongst other things.
June / July is also the suggested European release for the 3g version but I suspect that may be pushed back as I know O2 were recently fined by Apple for not delivering the 3g coverage they promised.
Yes Edge is not great in a lot of areas but with the amount of wifi hotspots being created ( and also free via Clouds Wifi hotspots ) I don't see it being an issue at the moment.
