A lady who for reasons beyond her control can no longer attend my Salisbury meeting has an unopened copy of Quark 8 Student/Tutor she'd like to sell. She paid just shy of £140 but is open to offers.

Quark's version 8 is pretty much incompatible with Lion, but does work with Snow Leopard.
A free updater ( v9.x) is available for the fully licensed commercial edition as of this month, but it may be worthwhile making sure that the Student-Teacher version can be updated -- if you use, or may one day want to use, Lion.
