Terry Willis Subject: QuickBooks Upgrade DO NOT Update: Desktop Trashed
To all QuickBooks and possibly Quicken users, do not update you software until this is cleared up (see link below)
apparantly there is an update for QuickBooks that returns a disk full error wether you click yes or no (cancel) and then proceeds to erase the contents of you desktop folder and seemingly only that fortunately. This just happened to a friend of mine so keep an eye on this. His system otherwise seems fine and his Quickbooks still seems to work so it could have been worse, but…
