22222is this a mouse problem? Every time I click on something it goes into two ad infinitum. I changed to the other hard drive to see if it was drive related, but on this one System Prefs refuses to work. When I click on Startup Drive it refuses to give me the choice, reverting back immediately to the main System Prefs panel, which is, incidentally, dimmed.
In the Finder there is always something selected on the desktop. If I bin the selection, something else selects itself; which at the moment is the other hard drive.
Over to you, Chaps. IIIII YYYY Hmmmm.....OOOO...Hmmmm.....the left hand shift key refuses to work in conjunction with the letter o, although the right hand one obeys me; possibly a keyboard problem?

Definitely one or the other as is does the same thing on the G4. So.....over to eBay.

AHA! The 2 key on the bit of the keyboard that a normal bloke never uses was stuck down; problem solved.
