I was disappointed with the clunky business of moving photographs and videos between an iPad and a Mac/phone/touch until I found PhotoSync which does it by wifi for £1.19.
David Pogue put me on to it with a short video called Apps for Photographers.
It also uploads to Dropbox, Flickr, FTP and, when we all know what its future will be, MobileMe

PS - sorry about the naff Widows ad - but then I suppose it illustrates just how desperate they are to get the thing off the ground! [or is it a warning that their kit will emasculate blokes?]
