Repair Disc Permissions

Having updated to 10.6.6 I ran the repair disc permissions and had the following warning message.
(Warning: SUID file "System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAgent" has been modified and will not be repaired)
Do I have something to worry about.
