Members (and others) with longish memories, or modest experience, might enjoy this re-run of reviews of OSX by the respected John Siracusa of Ars Technica starting with the Public Beta which was published ten years ago this month.

I still have my Public Beta installer, maybe we should install it on an older G3 for a meeting demo: "Fogeys meet Hoodies". Just need someone to bring some real Dorset Apple Cake (and ten sparkly auto-relighting candles).

Mac OS X might claim to be ten but it is really 22 with a face lift! Here's when it was 4.
