Blast from the Past - looking for OS 9 Address Book 4 by Jim Smith Soft!

Hi, a very long shot I know - but does anybody know where I can get hold of a copy of Address Book 4 by James A. Smith (Jim Smith Software)???

It was an application that ran on OS 9 and a lot of people said it was the best Address Book - ever!

I've tried archive.org and can find the old website and the original download link, but the website has disappeared and so the download link is dead.
