With the weather as it is, I find it surprising that there isn't more activity here in the Discussions section. So for another reason than to create another topic, here's a link to the web page of 'Conversion'. A little program that I've used since 1993. A great little utility.
There is a widget that does a similar job, converting from and to several different units. It works very well, particularly for currency.
I have not found out about rods poles and perches yet but it is OK on metric to imperial units.
