Picture Breakup in iChat

Can anyone tell me why in recent days the picture on my screen pixelates (breaks up) when in iChat?

It does not affect the other iChat screen ie the recipient.

When it's breaking up, check your broadband speed - it may be that you have a sudden drop to a very low figure.
