Hello Folks,

Can I charge a Nano using a iPod power adaptor which plugs into the main wall socket so 13 amp or do I have to use the USB cable from the iMac?

Hope someone can help

Is it the Apple iPod power adapter that will take one end of the USB-iPod cable (the USB end)?

If so, then I should imagine it will.

I have not got a nano, but I have got 2 old ipod photos, and two iPod shuffles, and 2 iphones - all of which happily charge from the same Apple power adapter via the USB-iPod cable.

As long as Apple supplied the adapter, it is likely to fit the whole ipod range.

Invaluable when travelling without my computer!

Yes I have a nano which charges happily from the 13 amp USB charger adapter
