I have just had a problem where I lost my internet service with Pipex. I called them and was told there was a problem with the service but was being repaired. The next day still no service called again and was told there was no problem on the line and could see my router connected, but still I could not connect. So I called Graham Mallett and he came round to me with another router and still could not get connected, he the suggested changing the filter switch which I did and bingo I was able to connect
