I usually get about 70 mbps on my fttc service from Plusnet. Earlier today I noticed that some of the content on an email seemed to be taking some time to download and when I checked the speed of my connection it was way down. I contacted Pluysnet through their chatbot and within minutes I had a reply with various suggestion about what they could do and what I could do and between us the service was restored to 70+ mbps.
