Apple ID log in

I have been having a frustrating time recently because almost every time I open my MacBook it requires me to sign in to my Apple ID. When I use the currently saved password in my password Manager (Enpass) I get a message to say that it is the wrong password. This has been happening for some time so I am careful when renewing the password to update Enpass at the same time. Unfortunately I am running out of passwords as I cannot reuse a password I have used in the last year.For years I was able to use my Apple ID log in with the saved password but during the past year I have had to reset it almost every time I wanted to access Icloud etc.
Can anyone help
