Hi, is anyone else in the AUGW using virgin media broadband, and is having trouble with it? I am having major ongoing problems with the broadband, dropping out and with zero customer support from Virgin Media. I’m not expecting solutions from AUGW, just the knowledge that I’m not alone !
It’s not a Wi-Fi problem as the problems persist even with a wired ethernet connection to the router
Last week we had warning from VM of possible disruption in our area today (30 May) due unspecified works. In fact it all seems to have been OK, though our Internet wasn't being used this morning.
I'm surprised their support people did not have something useful to say. I have found them generally competent in the past, albeit after long waits in call queues.
