My old Canon printer has suddenly stopped scanning to produce a file, but still scans to print a copy. Nothing has been changed in the settings, it is connected to my Mac by cable, and I need to have an idea of where to go next. Does anyone have any ideas. It has been working perfectly via Gutenprint until today.
