Where are the OSX delta files located

In the past one was able to download the delta files for an OSX release - now it apears to be only possible via the Software Update App in the System Preferences folder

or

is there a location that one can download the delta installation files outside of the Software Update process.

Apple appears to have changed its process so that standalone installers (including the old panacea of combo installers) are no longer available.

The only info I have seen is from the ever-reliable Howard Oakley here.

Thanks - I had to install Big Sur .2 as if it was a new OS. So I had the download overhead.
