Yes it shows me at home.

I re-paired my phone with the car this morning and, as I thought, the Show Parked Location wording and toggle did not appear nor did the YOUR CAR heading.

At least I found my car, it was in the drive which proves I'm smarting than my phone.

Edit meant smarter than

I have connected my iPhone XR running 14.3 to my car via bluetooth and that option is still not available

A couple of other things you could try:
Here (but turn it on) and Settings-->Privacy-->Location Services-->System Services-->Frequent Locations (the last item seems to have changed but look for anything turned off that might be relevant).

YOUR CAR has arrived.

Tony, I followed your article and found everything turned on but I toggled Settings-->Privacy-->Locations Services-->System Services-->Significant Locations and cleared the history and lo and behold Show Parked Location appeared under the heading YOUR CAR in Settings-->Maps.

I then turned off Significant Locations and even Location Services completely and it doggedly remains, not even greyed out and with its toggle switch bright green.
So thanks I'll now try and lose my car
