I'm using Blocs, a Mac-only visual website builder. It produces nice modern, responsive (automatically adapt to different display sizes, notably smartphones) sites. It's not the easiest to get started on and rather quirky in its UI but it is code-free and slick, it is capable of very professional results.
There's a free limited time/full functionality trial available, a lively and helpful forum and it's British, not American, in origin which makes a refreshing change.
