My old iPhone SE, iOS 13.3.1 is failing to call out using our home wifi network. There is no signal for the Virgin pay-as-you-go SIM card. No dialling tone and the calls fail. Which settings should I check please to find the problem?
You need to check Wi-Fi calling is switched on - but has it ever worked? It could well be that Virgin don't allow wi-fi calling on a pay as you go as they wouldn't make any money from your calls. (As an aside, Vodafone only allow it on their contracts with unlimited minutes).
You are right (again) Mick! It works when outside with a Virgin signal. I didn't realise they could restrict usage on Wi-Fi like that but can understand why.
