Contacts Entry for Video and Mail Greyed Out 13 Feb 2020 17:54:24 Roy Rainford In my wife’s iPad (OS 13.3.1) one of the names in Contacts has the Video and Mail icons greyed out. I assume this is why FaceTime is not working to that contact. How do I switch on these two features for use with our home network?
