File Conversion?

Hi, is it possible to convert a windoes .exe file to mac .dmg file.
I have completed some research indicating it's possible to convert .exe to .iso the .dmg, another suggestion is to drag the .exe into expandit/ stuffit type application.
I understand the simple solution is to get parallels/ vm.

No. An .exe file is designed to run under Windows not under OSX. However, you could run it using Paralells/VM.
