Portrait Format in Numbers

I need a spreadsheet designed and printed in 'Portrait' format. Can't see a setting for this, either in 'Numbers' prefs or in the printer dialogue box. Is there a work-around?
Using Numbers '08 version 1.0.3 with iMac OS 10.13.4

In Numbers '09 it's in the Inspector, Sheet tab (second from the left). I expect it's the same, they're both the 'old' iWork Numbers.
