The title appears in my iPad(2) Settings with a red dot alongside and figure 1 in it. There are so many scams around that I thought I would ask if this is a normal request when, to my knowledge, I haven't changed anything recently?
I am on iOS 11.2.2 which needs updating to 11.2.6. Would the need to update be the reason for the title above to appear?
I've not seen that before but if you go to Settings>General>Software Update you should be offered 11.2.6. If you update, your message may disappear. However, it could be as simple as your credit card has expired. I believe you need to lodge one with Apple even if all your "purchases" are free.
