Pat Parkes has asked why it is that AirDrop doesn't appear on her iPad Mini but it does on her friends'. Both iPads are running iOS 9.3.5.

Does she have both wi-fi and bluetooth turned on? Is hers an original (version 1) mini? I have a feeling that AirDrop came in with version 2.
