email problem

I just sent a message to 37 people on one of my contact lists, and seven of them were rejected, one of which I had not even sent it to! They were to the following addresses; hotmail (2) BTconnect (2) tiscali, dolcoath.plus.com, and one other. I'd received a message from the 'one other' only five minutes earlier, and even my reply to that came back to me with the message that the IP address was blacklisted. Just checked again and found another rejection from BTinternet.com, this one saying my message was rejected as spam. some of them are blaming 'spamhaus' and others 554: kundenserver.de (mxeue009) Nemesis ESMTP Service not available
No SMTP service
IP address is black listed.
I am invited to click on a link for an explanation, which I have carefully not done.
Both of these are obviously German, and I did have some strange messages a week or so ago from a Belgian address.
Has anyone else had a problem with yahoo?
