I have been asked by a friend how to download music on demand from the iTunes Store using her iPad. I can see no way to do it now that iTunes has been replaced by Music, which takes you to Apple Music for a three month free trial after which there is a subscription model. What am I missing? (apart from my reputation with the friend who seems to consider I know all about Apple stuff!)
Has your friend noticed that unlike iTines on the Mac which will both download from the store and play music, there are two separate apps on the iPad - Music for playing and iTunes Store for downloading.
