Microsoft has just announced its new "Surface Studio" device. It's well worth a look at this video. Just perhaps they will make it available for Mac users (or not!)
So what does the round thingy do that a mouse with a touch surface (Magic Mouse) not do? And no prizes for saying that it blocks the view of part of the display.
(And) so what does that round thingy do that a MacBook Pro Touch Bar doesn't do -- more easily, more conveniently, and more portably? Either one's arms ache reaching out to touch that big screen all day or we are back to the high stools of the old-style drawing office of the fifties and sixties. I rather enjoy the idea of using the 'thingy' that way on a commuter train...
