Mailbox problem

Avatar Alan Cox
I have developed a problem that I have been aware of for a couple of weeks. Quite a fair proportion of in coming emails addressed to me at either @mac.com or at @me.com goes straight into my Junk mailbox. This may be why I missed notification of the Nobel prize and knighthood which I richly deserve. Please tell me what I am doing wrong. I can't find any convincing explanation in Mail preferences.

It's more likely to be who they're from or the content rather than your address. If they are genuine emails you want, highlight them, mark as "not junk" and move to the inbox. Mail will learn.

Yes, I'll try that but I have checked several that have gone wrong, and quite a number are from my brother, for example, and others who are regular emailers whose missives always landed correctly
