Yes Yes YES!!!
Got the little b****** and wrang its neck!
I knew the answer must have been in system prefs. I changed the mouse tracking speed from fast to slow, and problem solved.
AHEM!
It was solved for ten minutes only, and has been bugging me ever since. Today whilst trying to decide which items must go into the loft in order for me to be able to move about a bit in my office, I found 'brilliant OSX Leopard' and decided to see if I could find the source of my problem. Browsing through the index looking for possible suspects I found 'minimise', Exposé and Spaces. I've got Spaces disabled but one can't entirely disable Exposé, at least as far as I can see. So....., working on the maxim of The Great Detective, that when a chap has eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth, I decided that my mouse had a broken wire in its USB lead, making and breaking the circuit when I moved it around, which was mimicking one of the function keys and triggering Exposé. I changed the mouse and so far, so far, have been unable to reproduce the problem.
