As you probably know, as well as booze, Wetherspoons pubs serve very palatable food, tea and coffee, but also have very good FREE WiFi access. The problem when travelling, is knowing where their pubs are.

If you go to the Wetherspoons web site <http://www.jdwetherspoon.co.uk/pubs/directories/>, you will find download-able Points of Interest (poi) files for Nav Sat's and Google Earth which show the location of every 'Spoons' in the country.

I've tried the Google Earth version and it is very good in letting you know within a couple of hundred yards, where you can expect to find a branch of the Wetherspoons chain.
