Am trying to use Sky TV 'Help & Support' on my iPad2 v8.2 and up pops a warning saying, "We've detected you're using private browsing mode." (PBM). "You'll need to turn this off to continue with this set up guide". Help please - how do I turn the PBM off?
Assuming iOS 8, just open a new tab in Safari that isn't Private. I think that's the default but, to be sure, go to the multi-tab view (two boxes overlapping icon at top right) and tap +, not Private, from there.
The web-site is probably complaining that it can't create a cookie and that might be a fault with the site?
