35mm colour slides

Avatar Alan Cox
Look up anything to do with this kind of topic and the web is crammed full full of ways to transfer 35 mm colours slides to digital.

What I would like to know, however, is whether it is still possible to take photos with a 35mm roll film and have it processed to produce 35mm slides that can be projected in an old fashioned slide projector.

Not really Mac so please be forgiving!

I suggest you Google your question and be prepared to search through the pointers.

Also buy (or read in the newsagents) a copy of Amateur Photographer and look for business providing this service.

Boots offer the processing Alan. See: http://www.boots.com/en/Instore-Digital-and-Film-Photo-Processing_1042844/. They say, "If you want to develop photos from film, try the Boots Film Processing Service. It's perfect for Developing and processing 35mm. Not sure if they would put the transparencies in plastic mounts ready for projecting. Good luck, Roy

Thanks for the suggestions, Derek and Roy.

I have Googled and gone sqiffy eyed trying to find an answer. So, I'll go to Boots tomorrow and if they can't help, I might lash out on a copy of Amateur Photographer!
