I haven't used my HP Photosmart B9180 for ages so it has to go - if you'd like it, let me know. It's an 8 ink printer capable of stunning results - but:

You'll need to buy ink. Genuine HP cartridges are expensive but compatible ones are available as are refillable ones. There's also a continuous ink system if you intend to print a lot. It connects by USB or Ethernet but not wi-fi. Being A3+ it's not small! I can deliver to any meeting venue.
