Euros replacing Sterling

Had a strange problem with Safari recently. I don't know what I'd done, but for some reason, when surfing the web, all sterling currencies were converting to Euros.

I found the answer on one of Apples support sites, apparently its the Safari Currency Converter Extension. Turning it off does NOT solve the issue. It needs to be deleted.

Safari > Preferences > Extensions > SCC (Safari Currency Converter) > Uninstall

Sorted.
