iPlayer Radio recording application

Does anybody have experience of recording from "iPlayer Radio"? I've tried a trial version of "APowersoft Mac Audio Recorder" and it works well, but the trial version is limited to three minutes and the programme I'm interested in is two hours.

As I only want to record one programme, I wonder if anybody has experience of a free or low cost application that might do the job.

I have never tried it but I think Get iPlayer Automator will record BBC Radio programs and download them to your Mac and then you can write to disk if needed, I use it for TV programs

Doug, brilliant, I was expecting it to download in real time and thought it would take the whole two hours. To find it then automatically loaded straight into iTunes was a real bonus.
