Printing from "Mail".

Some messages in Mail v.7.3 don't print the body of the text, just the subject heading. Using Mavericks 10.9.5 on my iMac and the Mail messages come from Amazon. I have to copy and paste the messages into TextEdit and print from there. Can I get back to printing direct?

Can you give us any more to go on? My emails from Amazon (order confirmation etc.) print as expected from Mail.

If the contents are not sensitive, could you forward one to me which won't print and I'll see if it prints here?

Thanks Mick for seeing if you could print the problem email. Since it didn't print for you it at least confirmed that I wasn't at fault. The subsequent one printed so hopefully the future is bright!

I have had this problem from several different people (not businesses) over many months but the failures appear to be totally random , only occasional, and many others from the same person print ok. I take a part screen grab and then print from this.

Thanks for posting that John. Seems that we have an intermittent 'hiccup' in our system.
