When searching my iMac HD for a Spreadsheet produced in Numbers, via "Spotlight" I only get PDFs showing in the list found. Spotlight preferences are all ticked, using OS 10.6.8. Why only PDFs?
Panic over - I have found the 'Numbers' Spreadsheet in my other old iMac via Spotlight. I assume that I haven't produced any spreadsheets with the search title I used on the new iMac.
