Ranging over Macs, iPads, and iPhones, we looked at new features such as writing tools made possible by AI and identified several tips to do things easier. For example, how to put a screen grab directly onto the Clipboard and how to access special characters. For those who don't like the Categories form of presenting their emails on their iPhones, we showed how it can be changed back to List View. A busy series of 1:1 sessions followed, lubricated by David M's hot chocolate.
