David M presented Apple’s September IOS hardware releases focusing mainly on the new iPhone 14 and 14 Pro with a look at the development of Apples System-on-Chip technology powering these. Trevor C demonstrated the iPhone Pro and its Dynamic Island feature which impressed many of us.

After the break we took a look at some of the features of IOS 16. David P showed us the huge improvements in the Contacts App, with Groups now called Lists but with all the flexible features of the Mac version. David M highlighted a few of the other new features in IOS16 including how to create alternative Home Screens and apply them to Focus options, the ability to instantly cut an image from its background and displaying the WiFi password.

As time ran out we can come back to more features which will undoubtedly be included in iPad OS 16 and Ventura.
