Tony Still gave the Keynote - a pretty comprehensive description of how to produce greetings cards using Pages. (A typically professional looking Keynote - perhaps we could persuade Tony to do one on graphic design!) He covered how different paper folds would require graphics/text in different areas of your A4 sheet, some being upside-down, different fonts and where to get graphics if you don't want to use your own photo, chiefly those inbuilt in Pages or downloaded from the internet. We then looked at printing and possible issues.
In the Q&A afterwards there was lots of discussion around printing, principally how to achieve borderless printing. As it was straightforward for some (offered as a menu option) but not for others, we came to the conclusion that for it to be an option, both the printer and the driver being used (Apple provided or manufacturer provided) have to be capable of it.
