“iPad Night” our meetings focus was with the iPad.
Stating with a Q&A with questions regarding iCloud, e-mails and moving files between computers.
Brian started with a presentation concerning the venue’s safety and emergency procedures and ended on a lighter note with Michael’s short movie about cats with birds.
Then we had a look at a new feature in Pages where you can make a drawing and then have the application play an animation of how the drawing stages were made, a few members had a try to see how it works. Following this we had a look at Obscura a photo app with a sprit level line (no more sloping photos) it has feature to increase or decrease the focus and exposure allowing you to take photos in brightly lit or poorly lit condition.
After the break a look at Clips, where you can make a short movie, mainly used to record a personal message with the feature of quite a few effects, the meeting ended with a general help session and discussion.
