We started off with a Q&A we were told us of a scam attempt received, and a question on how to connect a USB flash drive to an iPad also a question regarding creating a web site.
A short description of some items that are used in Pages, changing from word-processing to page layout mode, using headers and footers putting a graphic into the header, numbering the pages.
Importing text and graphics with a run-around, tabs and rules.
Annie showed us a count-down calendar that she had created using Pages.
For a bit of fun, during the break I demonstrated my hand made gadget to take 360Ëš rotation movies, a sort of a Heath Robinson like gadget that was made from odds and ends including a piece of wood with a sander disc and a battery powered geared electric motor, the link below is where you can see the movie.

Mick gave a presentation of Numbers covering aspects of budgeting, the demo showed how the get Numbers to add credits and deduct debits, explaining how to set up the formulae to do the calculations.
