The presentation was on the App Store, iTunes Store and iBooks followed by a description of a selection of free apps for iMac, MacBook and iPad with a brief description of what they do.
The App. Store is where you can buy or get free apps. and download them, click any of them and it will show you what they are, the size, some details and any reviews and it is where any updates will be listed.
Things to watch out for are in-app purchases, mostly in games, these can run up extra costs, don’t let children download an app. or a game with in-app purchases, a game that is free to download had an in app purchase of £79.99 so be careful.
