Dorchester — Oct 30th 2007
David Moon followed this up with an introduction to Pages 08. He diligently avoided the more exotic templates on offer, and used the text and media inspectors to show the flexible and intuitive interface.
After a break for discussion and refreshment, Mark Ford took a look at using Numbers to make purchasing choices, and we turned to iKeynote 08, using it to present some more features of Numbers in a vaguely relaxing way.
Many separate discussions followed and the last of these broke up after 11pm – our venue is very flexible, and hospitable – though we don't do Doughnuts...
As usual too many different matters were sorted out for them all to be reviewed here, but one thing is clear: members really like Leopard and it will be the trigger for several new Mac purchases.
